Welcome to Skiwatch 433! Skiwatch is one of the few truly ski-in, ski-out condos available at Breckenridge. You'll really appreciate the convenience - falling out of bed to the slopes, coming in for lunch, or just taking a break - particularly if you have kids! The summer season is great as well - golfing (3 of the 5 highest altitude courses in America), hiking, music, shopping, fishing, etc.
In addition, the unit was completely renovated in the fall of 2006 including the bathrooms, beds, furniture, carpets, etc.

Peak 8 is the original Breckenridge ski area and Skiwatch is literally next to the 2 high speed lifts to the top of the mountain. It is a great mountain for a family - the runs end up in the same area and there is a great mix of greens, blues, and blacks. It is also the "hot spot" for boarders - each year the national terrain park designer's competition is held here. Peak 7 base is right next door and Peak 9 is a lift away but Peak 10 is a bit of a hike.
